Aztech were engaged by Buildcorp to complete remediation works to the plantrooms at 201 Elizabeth Street Sydney. Our scope included Environmental cleaning to all horizontal surfaces within the plantroom, Asbestos containing dust throughout the plantrooms, Friable Asbestos removal on AHU opening panels to create larger access areas for enabling trades and removal, clean and replacing of over 50 fire dampers within the plantroom AHU’s.

Aztech were able to quickly mobilize and complete the works on time and within budget, whilst also taking on extra scope within the plantrooms AHU’s equipment replacement program. 

Aztech successfully created a methodology to deal with unexpected finds safely and effectively within the plantroom. ASA took on extra scope and showed our capabilities by responding to unexpected findings within the plantrooms and mobilizing extra crews of technicians on short time frames.
